Most women start with Her Next Decades Blueprint, a three-month women’s healthspan program in which we clarify what is driving their symptoms and long-term risks and build a personalized plan. After that, if you want ongoing support as life and hormones change, you can continue with Her Next Decades Membership for regular check-ins, plan adjustments, and periodic lab reviews.

Most women are told to think about their lifespan: how long they live. Her Next Decades Blueprint focuses on your healthspan: how many of those years you spend feeling clear, strong, and functional, not just alive. This 3-month, one-on-one program is for women who do not want to wait for a diagnosis while symptoms like brain fog, mood shifts, sleep issues, joint pain, cycle or menopause changes, or confusing weight gain are already affecting their days. We use in-depth testing, a personalized plan, and real follow-up to help you feel better now while also supporting the health of your next decades. This applies whether you are in your 30s, 40s, 50s, 60s, or beyond.

We look at your sleep rhythm, stress response, and nervous system supports along with labs that can influence mood and sleep. The goal is to help you wake feeling more restored, regulate stress in real life, because sleep is not just rest, it is when your brain clears waste, your hormones reset, and your body repairs itself for the decades ahead..

The Strong Body and Metabolism Track

INVESTMENT IN YOU AND YOUR FUTURE

Her Next Decades Blueprint is a three-month program with two payment options.

Pay in full: $2,497

Payment plan: three monthly payments of $950 (total $2,850)

Women who pay in full save $353 and tend to get the most out of the program. They come in decided, and that commitment shows up in their results.

Labs and Payments

You are welcome to use an HSA or FSA card for your program investment, labs, supplements, and prescriptions where appropriate.

Labs are billed separately by the lab. During your first Blueprint visit we will review which tests make the most sense for your situation and discuss options for where to run them. Standard labs can often be ordered in a way that may be eligible for insurance coverage. More advanced or specialty tests are typically paid out of pocket directly to the lab. For most women starting the Blueprint, initial lab costs typically range from $150 to $400 depending on which tests we prioritize together. If you have had labs done within the last six months bring those results to your first visit. In many cases, we can use recent results as part of your baseline, which may reduce what we need to order.

I am an out-of-network provider and do not bill insurance directly. We will always review expected lab costs before ordering anything, so there are no surprises.

The Her Next Decades Membership is how we continue that work over time. It is for women who want a trusted partner to help them monitor and adjust things as life, hormones, and health keep changing at any age.

After you complete Her Next Decades Blueprint, you can choose to continue with the Her Next Decades Membership for ongoing support as life, hormones, and health continue to change.

This is for women who want a trusted partner to help them stay on track, adjust their plan as needed, and keep an eye on the patterns that matter most for their healthspan.

What’s included:

  • Follow‑up visits approximately every 8–12 weeks
    We check in on your symptoms, routines, and labs as appropriate, and adjust your plan so it continues to fit your real life.

  • Plan adjustments as life and hormones change
    We refine your nutrition, movement, sleep, stress support, and targeted interventions based on what is working and what is not.

  • Periodic lab monitoring
    When it makes sense, we re‑check key labs (for example, blood sugar-related markers, lipids, inflammation, thyroid, or others we have been following) and compare them with your baseline.

  • Light support between visits
    Brief portal or email check‑ins within clear boundaries, so you are not stuck waiting months if a small question comes up.

Investment and commitment:

The Her Next Decades Membership is $197 per month, with a 6‑month minimum commitment. After six months, you are welcome to continue month‑to‑month for as long as it feels supportive.

Labs are billed separately by the lab, may be covered by insurance or paid diretly to the lab or to our practice. We will always talk through which tests make sense and what they are likely to cost before ordering anything.

Who I Can Work With

Eligibility: You must be over 18 years old and located in Arizona, Florida, Colorado, Idaho, Oregon, Montana, Washington, or Wyoming.

I do not operate as a primary care clinic, and I am not a substitute for emergency or urgent medical services. I recommend that you continue to see a local primary care provider for age-appropriate annual preventive exams and any urgent concerns.

I use a direct payment model instead of billing insurance. This allows us to spend more time together, use more comprehensive testing when needed, and focus on prevention and healthspan, not just what is covered by a code.
