Something is driving your exhaustion
Let's find out what it actually is.
Most women who find their way to Root & Remedy have already done everything they were told to do. Early bedtimes. No screens. Melatonin. Magnesium. And they're still waking at 3 am, still exhausted by noon, still being told their labs are fine.
The problem isn't that they haven't tried hard enough. The problem is that nobody has looked in the right places yet.
Our Sleep & Nervous System Care programs are built for women who are ready for a different kind of conversation — one that starts with your full picture, not just your symptoms.
Why this approach is different:
We look at root causes, not just symptoms.
Standard medicine asks, "What's wrong?" Functional medicine asks, "Why is this happening?" We run different labs, ask different questions, and look at patterns that conventional care routinely misses.
Every woman's pattern is different.
Cortisol dysregulation, hormonal shifts, blood sugar instability, and adrenal depletion don't look the same in every woman. Your care plan is built around your specific pattern, not a protocol.
This is medical care, not wellness coaching.
Dr. Sheri Erwin, DNP, APRN, FNP-C, is a licensed clinician with over 20 years of experience in women's health. Everything we do is grounded in evidence, guided by labs, and delivered with clinical precision.
Telehealth is available in select states. Clinical care begins after enrollment and intake.
You fall asleep but wake at 2 or 3 am—and lie there for hours
You're exhausted all day, but wired the moment your head hits the pillow
Your labs came back "normal," but you feel anything but
You've tried the supplements, the sleep tips, the advice—and nothing has stuck
Brain fog, low energy, and weight changes that nobody can explain
You suspect something deeper is going on, but haven't found anyone willing to look
Does this sound familiar?
Begin with a clarity call. From there, if care feels appropriate, we choose a program based on your history, symptom pattern, and readiness—not pressure or urgency.
How we work together
Gentle Sleep Reset
"For women who are ready for real answers and a focused, time-limited path forward."
Duration: 3 months
Outcome: Three months of personalized medical care designed to identify and address the root causes of your sleep disruption. We'll run the right labs, look at your cortisol and hormonal patterns, and build a care plan around what we actually find — not what's most common or most convenient.
Best for Women Who:
Are in perimenopause or menopause and noticing significant changes in sleep and energy
Have been struggling with sleep disruption, fatigue, or stress reactivity for months
Want a thorough medical evaluation with focused, time-limited treatment
Replenish & Restore: Extended Care
"For women whose nervous system has been running on empty for a long time and needs a slower, more sustained path back."
Duration: 5 months
Outcome: Five months of ongoing personalized care for women whose exhaustion runs deeper. If you've been struggling for years, if your body is highly sensitive to stress, or if previous attempts at treatment haven't moved the needle, this program gives your nervous system the time and support it actually needs to recover.
Best for Women Who:
Have been dealing with disrupted sleep or exhaustion for a year or more
Feel depleted, overwhelmed, or highly reactive to even small stressors
Want a slower-paced, continuous care model with room to adjust as you progress

Foundational labs are first-line tests selected based on your specific symptoms and history. We order what's clinically relevant—not a standard panel that looks the same for everyone.

Supplements and prescriptions are not included in program pricing and are paid separately. We'll recommend only what we believe is clinically appropriate for your pattern.
