How it works
1. Choose a time that works for you and book online.
2. Pay at booking: $59 per visit.
3. Complete a brief intake form so Dr. Sheri can prepare for your visit.
4. Join your secure video or phone visit at your scheduled time.
5. Leave with a treatment plan, prescription if appropriate, or clear next steps.
You must be 18 or older and located in Arizona, Colorado, Florida, Idaho, Oregon, Montana, Washington, or Wyoming at the time of your visit.

Without insurance in the way, scheduling is faster, visits are more flexible, and there are no surprise copays or authorization delays. You pay a flat $59 at booking. HSA and FSA cards are welcome.
