No. This workshop is open to any woman 30+ who feels too young to feel this tired. If you’re already a patient, it will still give you more language and context for our work together.

I encourage you to attend live if you can; it gives you a chance to complete the Self-Check in real time and ask questions. If you can’t make it, still register; I’ll do my best to send a replay link and resources afterward.

No. The goal of this workshop is to help you understand why you feel the way you do and to give you concrete starting points. At the end, I’ll briefly explain what it looks like to work with me more deeply in my 3‑month Her Next Decades Blueprint program, but there is no pressure to join. You’ll get value whether or not we ever work together.
